Terms of Use
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms govern your use of Seuvo at seuvo.com and its installed app (“we”, “us”). By creating or opening a vault, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
The service
Seuvo lets you keep images and PDFs of personal documents in an encrypted vault, link your own devices, and download watermarked copies for the people you choose. We may change, add or remove features.
Early-stage service
Seuvo is new. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not promise uninterrupted access or that it is free of errors. Keep your original documents; Seuvo is not the only place they should exist, and a Seuvo copy is not an official or certified document.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You may store only documents that are yours, or that you are authorized to hold and share.
Your keys and recovery
Only you hold the keys to your vault. We cannot read your documents, reset your passcode or restore a vault without its keys. If you lose your devices and your recovery file, your documents are permanently inaccessible. Save a recovery file and keep its passphrase safe. You are responsible for who can use your devices and linked devices; revoking a device does not erase what it already copied.
Watermarked copies
A watermark adds the recipient and a reference to a copy. It helps you recognize a copy. It does not prevent copying, cannot be guaranteed to survive editing, and does not prove who caused a leak. What you share, with whom and under what conditions is your decision and your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not use Seuvo to store or share unlawful content, to hold documents of other people without authority, to forge or alter documents, to disrupt or probe the service, to bypass its limits, or to harm others. Limits include 10 MB per file and per-vault storage and device quotas. We may suspend access to a vault that breaks these terms or threatens the service; because we cannot see your contents, we act on technical signals and reports.
Our rights and yours
You keep all rights in your documents. You give us only the permission needed to store and transmit the encrypted data for you. Seuvo’s software, name and design belong to us or our licensors; you may use them only to use the service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury, and your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data caused by lost keys, or for what recipients do with copies you share. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing.
Ending your use
You can stop using Seuvo at any time. You can delete your vault at any time from Settings. We may end or restrict the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use Seuvo afterwards means you accept the new terms.
